     ·  Multumesc tuturor, a fost excelent!! Mancarea foarte gustoasa, ospatarii foarte amabili, camera curata, frumoasa si bine dotata, patul excelent, produse cosmetice de calitate, masajul de relaxare profesional!! Am fost rasfatati de cand am pasit in hotel. In camera ne-a astepta o surpriza frumoasa. Vom reveni cu mult drag!! FEELICITARI!!

    Sehr gut

     ·  O experienta foarte frumoasa, design wow al camerelor si al restaurantului, ambianta foarte placuta, servicii foarte bune, personal foarte amabil. Ca si sugestie.. micul dejun ar trebui sa fie o idee mai diversificat. Cu siguranta ne vom reintoarce la hotel.

     ·  Ma bucur ca mi ati cerut feedback pt ca imi doream sa exprim ca am fost impresionat de personal, de la receptie pana la toti de la restaurant si toti oamenii cu care m am intalnit, am primit “binete” ceea ce in Romania nu numai ca n am mai intalnit pe o scara atat de larga intr-un loc de cazare de tip hotel, niciodata, dar si cate unu doi astfel de oameni, a devenit o raritate. Felicitari celor care au fost responsabili cu procesul de recrutare - 15 stele pentru ei. Restu’ e un hotel de lux, dar pt mine oamenii fac diferenta.

     ·  Personal de nota 10. De departe xel mai ok din Poiana. In momentul de fata e crl mai fain de acolo chiar si peste teleferic. Restul sunt învechite si naspa si scumpe de mori

     ·  Unul din cele mai bune hoteluri la care am stat vreodata. Atentie la detalii, atat in camera cat si la restaurant. Personalul la un nivel care depaseste lanturi hoteliere de prestigiu. Un customer care exceptional de la receptie pana la servire in restaurant. Finisajele din camera, restaurant totul arata bun gust. Mic dejun foarte bun si mancare in restaurant excelenta. Un 10 pt tiramisu cu fistic!! Clar voi recomamda hotelul!
