     ·  Foarte mulțumiti de șederea în hotel. O sa revenim cu bucurie și alta dată,mai ales ca nu am profitat de toată oferta, mai ales centru spa. Ne am propus sa devina hotelul de suflet pentru noi. Mult succes în continuare.

     ·  Am fost profund impresionată de experiența de la Hotel Simona Halep. Personalul s-a remarcat printr-o amabilitate și un profesionalism ieșite din comun, cum rar întâlnești. Este singurul hotel din România în care am avut parte de servicii la standarde comparabile cu cele de cinci stele din alte țări. Bucătăria este excelentă, preparatele delicioase, iar curățenia – impecabilă. Modul în care ești tratat, cu atenție și respect, te face să te simți cu adevărat special și să îți dorești să revii. Recomand cu toată încrederea!
